Our Preventive Hardware Maintenance Program is a value added services, designed to help our Customers to optimize their IT reliability, accessibility, and serviceability (RAS).

We provide periodic hardware maintenance contract and available in Maintenance 8x5 and Maintenance 24x7 packages, supported by our certified, trained, and experienced engineers. We are very competent in this field, we work fast and willing to share risk. Both program feature phone and onsite support, and also hardware replacement in case of device malfunction.
