We use the following terminology to let our customers to understand the condition of the hardware before they buy it: new in box (NIB), unused open box, pulls and refurbished. Most of products we sold are protected against any defective part by a full 1 year hardware only warranty, unless otherwise noted. We also offer up to 5 year optional extended warranty & service plans.
