RMA And Warranty Statement
We provides a full 1 year standard hardware only warranty on new, unused, used and refurbished equipment and spare parts, unless otherwise noted, against any defective components or parts. We also offer up to 5 year extended warranty & hardware maintenance service plans.
We do not provide software support or warranty on software related to a refurbished hardware, i.e. OS, management software, etc. Please contact the related hardware manufacturer to buy the software.
In all cases, it is the customers responsibility to have read and understand the definitions of the condition and warranties of equipment sold or posted on our site. By use of this site and/ or all transactions, purchases or agreements made with MCA Indonesia, you agree and understand to these warranty & condition definitions, along with our terms & conditions. If you any questions, please contact our office.
- MCA Indonesia provides 1 (one) Year Standard Warranty (optional upgrade up to 5 years), or as stated on sales documents, to all items we sell. RMA and Warranty Claim only valid for items purchased within that period.
- All faulty items returned for RMA and Warranty Claim are at the buyer’s expense and risk.
- All faults caused by mishandling or accident, including fire, water damage, natural disasters, voltage spike caused by lightning and intentional damage, are not covered by RMA or Warranty.
- MCA Indonesia reserves the right to inspect the item before RMA and Warranty Claim approval. Please note that there are no returns of any kind on special ordered products.
