We follow this Quality Assurance that ensures that spare parts meet our standard requirements. We welcome any feedback or suggestion from our customers to help us improve our quality assurance system and products.

This Quality Assurance covers all aspects of our refurbished spare parts sales process, from supplier selection to delivery. We inspect, test, and trace the spare parts to ensure their compatibility, performance, and safety. We also offer a full 1-year warranty for our refurbished spare parts hardware.
  1. Supplier Selection.
We only work with suppliers who meet our strict requirements and share our commitment to quality. We conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to verify the quality of the spare parts they supply.
  1. Incoming Inspection.
Once the spare parts are received, we inspect them to ensure they meet the required specifications. We use various tools and equipment to measure and verify the accuracy and consistency of the spare parts. We reject spare parts that do not meet our specifications or show signs of damage or wear.

We provide a full 1-year warranty from the date of purchase for our refurbished spare parts hardware to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence. If any of our refurbished spare parts hardware fails or malfunctions within one year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
